Luxe For Less Refund & Return Policy


1. Agreement to This Policy

By placing an order and completing checkout, the customer explicitly confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Return Policy.

This policy applies to all orders worldwide.

Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights where such rights cannot legally be excluded.


2. Final Sale & No Cancellation Policy

All orders begin processing immediately upon successful checkout.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, edited, or refunded under any circumstances, regardless of fulfillment or shipping status.

By completing checkout, the customer expressly agrees to this final sale and no-cancellation policy.


3. Return Request Window

Customers must contact Luxe For Less within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery to request a return review.

Requests submitted after 7 days from carrier-confirmed delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. All returns are reviewed and approved solely at our discretion.


4. EU & UK Cooling-Off Rights

For orders delivered to the European Union or United Kingdom, customers may exercise statutory withdrawal rights where required by law.

Customers may cancel within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase required

Customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping

  • Customs fees

  • Duties and taxes

Original shipping costs are non-refundable where permitted.

Exceptions apply to:

  • Opened hygiene products

  • Custom/personalized goods

  • Used or damaged items

Refunds are issued after inspection or proof of return.


5. Discounted & Promotional Purchases

Any item purchased using:

  • Discount codes

  • Promotional offers

  • Sale pricing

is final sale and not eligible for return or refund, except where required by law.

Failure to apply a discount code does not qualify for refunds or adjustments.


6. Return Eligibility (If Approved)

Approved returns must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be unopened and untampered

  • Be in original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase

  • Include original tags (if applicable)

Returns require written authorization prior to shipment.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Items failing inspection will be returned at the customer’s expense.


7. Return Shipping & Fees

Customers are responsible for all return-related costs, including:

  • Shipping

  • Packaging

  • Carrier fees

  • Customs duties and taxes

Returns must use a trackable shipping method.

Luxe For Less is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


8. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.

Carrier delivery confirmation constitutes final proof of delivery.

Any package marked “Delivered” is considered successfully fulfilled and completed.

The following do NOT qualify for refunds, replacements, or disputes:

  • Shipping delays

  • Tracking delays or lack of updates

  • Customs processing or holds

  • Packages marked delivered

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Refused deliveries

  • Unclaimed shipments

Orders returned due to refusal or customs non-payment remain final sale.


9. Customs, Duties & Import Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for:

  • Import duties

  • VAT / GST

  • Customs fees

  • Local taxes

Failure to pay customs charges does not qualify for refunds.


10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Customers must inspect items immediately upon delivery.

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Clear product photos

  • Packaging photos

  • Shipping label

  • Description of issue

Claims without evidence or submitted after 48 hours may be denied.


11. Non-Returnable Items

The following are final sale and non-returnable:

  • Opened hygiene or personal-care items

  • Beauty products once unsealed

  • Custom or personalized goods

  • Perishable items

  • Hazardous materials

  • Discounted or promotional items

  • Gift cards


12. Refunds (If Approved)

If a return is approved and passes inspection:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Refunds may exclude:

  • Original shipping costs

  • Processing fees (where permitted)

  • Restocking fees (up to 20%)

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Delivery delays

  • Customs issues

  • Address errors

  • Refused or abandoned shipments


13. Chargebacks & Dispute Policy

Customers agree to contact Luxe For Less before initiating any chargeback.

In any dispute, Luxe For Less may provide:

  • Order confirmation

  • Policy acceptance

  • IP and transaction verification

  • Delivery confirmation

  • Customer communications

False or fraudulent disputes, including “item not received” claims when delivery is confirmed, may result in:

  • Permanent account restrictions

  • Refusal of future service

  • Reporting to payment processors

All disputes are governed by this policy.


14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government actions

  • Customs enforcement

  • Carrier failures

  • Global supply disruptions


15. Policy Authority

This policy supersedes all prior communications, statements, or representations.
