6. Risk of Loss & Proof of Delivery
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.
Carrier delivery confirmation serves as final and valid proof of delivery.
Any package marked “Delivered” is considered successfully delivered and fulfilled.

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, customers must contact us within 7 days of the last update.

Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, the order is considered fully completed and fulfilled.
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. Issues related to lost or stolen packages after delivery must be addressed with the carrier.
